The safe labor seats of Ramsay, held by former (I love saying that) Premier, Mike Rann and Port Adelaide, held by former (mmm) deputy Premier Michael Foley will have by elections in early 2012. I will be finding out more info on candidates etc., from FREE in the very near future and start pushing it through this forum. These are very safe labor seats and I hold no illusions about wresting them from labor but would love to see some shit fly...if I had still been living in SA would have thrown my hat in the ring for a seat if it suited the party...my mum lives in Ramsay and I grew up in Port Adelaide.

The arrogance of Rann was amazing, in the state election last year they showed him casting his vote, somewhere in the leafy green eastern suburbs...he did not even make the effort to vote in his own seat in the working class north...
